Job Requirements
- You can design better than us.
- You're great at interface design (what do we mean by interface design?), and you're ready to show us what you've designed.
- You're passionate about designing for the end-user, making web interfaces easy for them to use and understand.
- You're familiar with Harvest and Co-op, and you have ideas on how to make them better.
- You love a challenge, and you can work on your own without a manager breathing down your neck.
- You're fast to adopt and learn, and you don't need a corporate, rigid structure to work.
- You know Photoshop and Illustrator like the back of your hand.
- You're happy to talk to people and explain the reasoning behind your design.
- You have integrity, a sense of humor, and an open mind.
- XHTML + CSS knowledge a plus.
